IN a year or two the values will be vastly different than now. Keep in mind that big heavy things that no one knows how to operate, continue to diminish in value.

Enjoy it while you can, or teach an interested young'n in the craft - and then gift them a unit.

My boy is interested in the lathe but he is just finishing college and will be moving out soon. I think we both agree'd that it would be best to buy one when needed (wanted)rather than store it now.

Where in the PNW are you located?

Puyallup.

.
Taking a break from cleaning up and running the tools but will post more info and details later!

More pics.
I like the garage sale idea, but too many people want to get a steal. Maybe an invitation only sale?
Still thinking...

Love the old dog drill press. Going to miss that one.

As for a sale, I'd consider doing Craigslist ads and just wait until someone pays you what its worth to you. Be reasonable as it is used equipment and most people aren't too interested in vintage stuff to use on a regular basis. Guys like us are somewhat few and far between. Many want something that can be thrown away if it breaks, not repaired.

I couldn't find **** on the drill press. I'm heading this weekend to a swap meet that will be my only big item. My back isn't up for loading/unloading multiple large items. I put $75 bucks hoping that gets it done? Time will tell.
