Info needed on hand saw

I was going through my dad's old tool box and found this hand saw and I want to know where to find a blade. On the handle it says great neck. Any info is helpful.

Think its a "keyhole saw". Modern blades might fit. Is there some blade retainer on the other side?

There is a small screw on the top to hold the blade.

Their current ones won't work exactly, but might be adaptable

probably a difficult task to fine a new replacement blade for that. may have better luck buying something close & grinding it to fit .
or,
learn how to sharpen a saw blade & sharpen it
