Do any members out own one of these tool boxes? Are they a nice useable box?
Are they slider or roller drawers?
Are they a heavy built box?heavy casters?
How much did they originally sell for?
What would one be worth today in mint condition?
I looked online and I cant seem to find much info on it.Snap-On still has parts available for it on their website.
Thanks in advance for any info.

I can take a stab at your questions. It looks like a nice box. Sort of a combo between a bottom box and a roller? Are you looking to purchase one locally? If so, what are they asking for it?

Are they slider or roller drawers?
99% sure it is ball bearings

Are they a heavy built box?heavy casters?
I would assume so, SO doesn't make a whole lot of junk

How much did they originally sell for?
No clue. According to one site there were £1050 --> ~$1500

I would pay up to ~$500-700 max. Depends on what you need it for it would be an OK tool cart and an OK tool box. Not really designed for a top box to be stacked on it, which kinda ***** for me. Then again you really can't use the top for a work bench or you cut out your top compartment. It is like they made an all in one top / bottom tool box. Looks to be about 27-33" wide? I believe they were primarily made for the Canadian market.

Here are some good pics of one

Amazing what you can find with a bit of googling. What's that you say? Google is free and simple to use? WHAT?

This what I know, they were made for a couple years around 2000. They are about 30" wide. Same built quailty as any other kra box. I would say $500ish.
