Info on attaching stairs to loft before brick

I have a loft that I am building and am going to have stairs on the outside but am a little stumped on how to attach them to the structure before the brick goes up. Any ideas or how to. Thanks

Need more info and mabe some pics.

What kind of info? Have wood studs with I joists running parallel with the stirs to be installed. Pics tomorrow.
