Info on older Hoffman tire changer

I am in the market for a tire changing machine, I found this one near me, but they are not sure of the model #. Does anyone here know anything about it, or where they could look for the model #? I am thinking this may only be good for older wheels.

Looks like a rebranded Corghi perhaps? Most of that design are the same, all made in Italy.
