Info On Older Snap On Tool Box & Kit

I picked this up with some wrenches I bought. The small SO tool box has a SO kit inside, I used some of the part numbers from pieces in the kit and searched the internet and found refinances to master carb. rebuild kit.
Does anyone know what this is used for, does it look like a complete kit, how old it is, & what it might be worth?

Carb. rebuild gauges. The box is nice, its 40s. Would sell very well on ebay.

It looks like a complete set of gauges, but whats missing are the sockets and other carb tools. the gauges are not worth much, its the box, its very sellable.

I have a similar box for ignitions most of the tools are long gone/ transferred to another box.

I payed $51.00 for a 7 pc. BluePoint wrench set, the tool box was part of the deal.
