If you Google Craftsman ratchet repair cross reference, you should get some hits. I had a Craftsman Utica torque wrench that uses the same guts and found it on Ebay.

Any idea what year this was released from?

I'm thinking late 90s. I probably bought mine in late ’99. It was lousy that the smaller ratchets were in the top area. But it was really handy to have that top area. I was able to keep quite a few additional tools in that compartment. Many plastic cases have no expandability.

The repair kit that fit my Craftsman Utica torque wrench was 43447. It's for the early quick release ratchets with 32 teeth. This is for a 1/2 drive model. Another option is to buy a used old QR for parts. Usually cheaper than a rebuild kit.

Is it a 24 tooth gear? If so, it'll mostly likely work. Yours could be an early one before the patent was granted. I think yours only looks different because the selector switch is from a flex head or torque wrench.

Yes I just counted it, it’s 24 tooth and actually really smooth
Let me order the 43437 rebuild kit and see how it goes
