I'm retiring my Snap-On split beam due to sentimental reasons (was my dads, and it's getting delegated to home use.)
I am looking at a set of different torque wrenches on Amazon, my criteria is: Made in USA (I do not care if it made of gold, I wont budge on this one,) 1/2 drive up to 250 FT LBS.
I have narrowed down to these two:
Precision Instruments PREC3FR250F (Same as my Snappy)http://www.amazon.com/dp/B002XMSFIM/?tag=atomicindus08-20
SK 75250 new generation
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000I1Y412/?tag=atomicindus08-20
Any other wrenches out there I can look at, I welcome opinions on the two and real world issues experienced with them. I did contemplate the CDI, but it is Assembled here instead of Made which killed it for me.
Price is not a problem, this will be heavily used in a industrial environment.
