Info on this Tool Please........

Used it today at the shop, and it's a must have. Want to get it for my old boss back in PA because he does those dang seals all the time (fallout from ball joint jobs).

Does this:

Hollow to go over the axle, stepped so the seal seats on it, depth set to stop at the right point. This was on a 02 F350, don't know if it works on the dodges or not. But definitely for the fords.

Does someone have a manufacturer, part number, or something on it? This was bare the entire way around.
