Info request: CORNWELL 3 Ton "Blue Monster" floor jack

Got it yesterday for $70, figured I couldn't go wrong. Gonna clean it up a little. Seems like a very, very nice jack. Anyone know what it costs new? Or any other info/opinions?

If it came from Cornwell I am thinking it must be a typical chinese Jack that you see in shops that cater to automotive tool sales.
