Infrared Radiant Heat

I'm going to install Infrared Radiant heat to my insulated garage, and a representative from the Infrared heat I'm buying mentioned that it might not work as well if I seal the concrete floors with an epoxy floor paint. Anyone know if that is true?

Do you mean overhead radiant tube heaters? I believe this has been discussed before but it's likely going to be a touch subject to search.
