My at home impact gun is beginning to seriously lack power, a cursory search has turned up nothing.
Anyone have a better Gogglefu than me?

Does your shop have enough air pressure and available air volume? My SnapOn 5100 is limp on a 3/8" line but it is a ripper on a 1/2" line and 150+ psi.
Air fittings can be a restriction point. Larger flow fitting are available away from the bargain bins.

And all these years I've had it it's had a IR boot, I just removed it, it's a Mac Tool. lol.

Take a pic of the entire gun but it's probably a 231

Clean the inlet screen, and oil the port on the side, maybe a little oil through the air inlet. Still sluggish r&r the trigger assembly.

Usually when air tools get like this it’s nothing more than hardened oil/grease gumming up the mechanism, clean the mesh filter first then spray a good amount of air tool oil through the inlet and run air through it, usually takes care of it but vanes could be worn too which would require a rebuild if kits are still available
