So I bought a lot of tools and it’s included stuff I don’t know much about. Truth be told, I rarely use air tools as I can accomplish almost everything I need with just my Milwaukee stuff.

I picked up a IR235 and IR2707p1 1/2” impacts. They are both new in box and likely NOS. Everything I see if ir231 and very little info on the 235. Any info would be helpful as I’m not sure I’ll keep them or not.

The lot included some 3/4” IR impacts but I put them on eBay because I have nothing 3/4” and not interested in going down that rabbit hole. They sold quickly on eBay as I must have listed them cheap. Everything in the lot of brand new and not used so I think I did okay.

Even has a tools used to grind off the edges of pipe so you can weld them better. Those are some expensive items. Again, I know little about them.

IR235 is pretty weak 1/2" by todays standards, bit under 400ft/lbs .
It the one with the gig forward/reverse dial switch on back and the design copied for years by the taiwan air tool manufacturers .
Quality tool though and will sell fairly easy due to brand name and fact it new.

2707P1 is the industrial version of the IR244 which just means it has the pin retainer in the anvil. Good tool but heavy. The 235 should be made in Japan, but as Mr. B said it's pretty weak but not a bad tool.

Thanks guys. I think I’ll just list them on eBay. I really have no use for them if they are relatively weak. I have a SO 325 that is okay for when I need more then my Milwaukee has in it.
