Does anybody out there know what HP of motor it takes to drive a IR 7100 pump? what would be the minumium HP to operate at 125 PSI

You can use a 10HP or 15HP motor.

The pump needs to turn at 800 RPM with the 10HP motor and will deliver 37 cfm at 125 psig.

The pump needs to turn at 1100 RPM with the 15HP motor and will deliver 50 cfm at 125 psig.

The compressor sheave pulley OD is 18", the pitch diameter is 17.5", and it requires two "B" section belts.
