Ingersoll Rand air compressor vibration, how much is normal?

Just installed a new Ingersoll Rand 2340L5-V and it's got some serious vibrations. I anchored it to the floor with vibration pads and you can feel it through the 6" slab. I'm going to reach out to IR about it because I can see the mounting plate the pump sits on flex and the top of the pump flex. The pump seems really out of balance.

if the copper discharge pipe cracks then it's too much.

I just purchased an Ingersoll rand 2340L5-V. It vibrates so bad I get concerned that somthimg is going to come off and hurt someone.

I installed an app on my phone to turn it into a strobe so I could watch the movment slowly. The flywheel / fan / pulley had been factory drilled to balance but that section still seemed to be heavy.

I put some stick on wheel weights on the opposite side and it is bearable. I ended up wit about 5oz of weights I added.
