I have been trying to contact someone at IR about a broken air drill and have had zero luck. I have sent 4 emails in the span of 2 weeks without hearing a response. Does anyone have a number I can call to talk with a rep?

The drill is less than 5 months old. Broke the shaft below the drill chuck drilling out a broke off bolt. I am not holding my breath for a warranty replacement but would be happy with a replacement part....if I could get them to contact me.

It's the same all over.
They will respond about the time you have the issue resolved via another means.
At least that's how it seems to work for me.
Customer service of any magnitude is a rarity.
