Anyone that tried to order late in the night when server was down needs to check their credit card account or bank account. I was charged 6 times for same item. Got an email yesterday saying they would credit my account for the mixup but it would take 2-3 busines days for the charges to be reversed or repayment made to my account. Heads up guys.

Most credit card companies (Visa, MC, Amex) will automatically assume that duplicate charges (more than one for exact same amount from exact same place) are errors, and won't charge you on your bill until they have verified them.

Not Citibank, I mean Shittybank, I had a taxi driver who ran my card three times and when I asked him why he said he was getting read errors, sure enough Shittybank made me write them a statement of explanation even after going through their auto-attendant hell on the phone.

This is the reason why I stopped using my debit cards for anything, my banks and credit unions never stuck up or helped me. I now only use my Amex I have never had any trouble with them.

Still waiting for this to be fixed.....2x charged to debit card and 6x charge to my discover card. So far I'm not very happy about this not getting fixed. No response from emails I've sent.
