Inline air tool that I cant find

Hello, today at a garage sale I bought an inline air tool and cant find any information on it, so I thought I would post it here.

If anyone know about it please let me know.

The only model number is : B 120-l
The makers mark is not on it, I assumed it was a cleco because I saw other cleco tools but was not sure.

Kinda looks like a tire buffer. No idea who made it.
