Inline attachment

How do I make an "inline" attachment instead of just having the attachments go in a box at the end.

I an not talking about an inline image. These display as thumbnails until you click them.

If I quote a post that has inline attachment the BBCode is

Upload the image as normal, then click the little "apaper clip" icon on the top of the "advanced" menu.

You have to use the embed feature where you reference a link to a hosting site.

If you use a hosting site like Photobucket, it will generate the link for you.
