Does anyone have any first hand experience with the innvova 3380 inspection camera. I have a job where I could use one and even though I like harbor freight for a lot of things, I dont trust the centech/ames electronics. I already have a few innova items in my shop (code reader, timing light etc) and they all seem well made. It looks like it would do what I need, and if bought under my business I can get a good price on it. I prefer this over the wifi amazon options as most of those have long cords that I do not need. Any Ideas or experience is appreciated, Thank you

Have you looked at "USB snake camera"? Those are as cheap as $10, and can be plugged into your phone or computer, which is superior to whatever stand alone inspection cameras in terms of resolution and flexibility.

I had not not looked at most of those as I wanted a stand alone item although the price is much better.

I just wanted to say that I picked it up and for the job I had of drilling holes through a floorpan to put some penetrating oil on body bolts in their cage nuts it, and did work well. The led lighting in the end lit up nice and bright. it had a good clear picture for the most part once I got the hang of adjusting the led brightness and rotating the screen. I had to drill a couple of extra holes in the trunk because i missed the pocket where the cage nut was by about an inch in a couple of locations but it is easier to repair a couple of 5/16 holes vs cutting a big section out..

it is listed in the manual as waterproof to 3ft, chemical resistant and uses 4 aa batteries. I do wish it was just a rechargeable battery instead of aa, has a one year warrant that under my business account as autozone is no questions asked so although there was cheaper options on amazon and ebay, I feel buying the name brand from a local business that will back it was worth what I paid.

I have to pull the back seat and door sills out this weekend to get to where I can drill for the body mount locations this weekend. there is no set location or mark to drill so I get as close as I can and then look in the hole with this to see where to spray the penetrating oil.

Ill try to get pics this weekend for some samples of its clarity

I tried one of the USB cameras. Good idea in theory, but the image was fuzzy, and the reflecting mirror never seemed to align correctly, so I sent it back.
