I've been lurking here for a bit and finally ready to post, they delivered the materials today!! And left some nasty ruts in my yard..

Actually, it's a 30x30x12 and will have a 12' enclosed lean to on each side.. open to the main shop..

One side will be the "metal shop" with my chop saws, shear, break and what not... and the other side will be either a paint booth area or storage.. I'm not sure how I want to tackle this one yet.

I'm picking up a Rotary 9k 2 post lift friday also!!

Hoping they will get to start within the next few days..

My yard will have a theme, I'm not sure which direction I am going to go yet. Be it the classic old vintage automobile era deco.. or an old west theme.. or vintage mid 50s industrial.. or a mix of all of them, we will see!

Here in the next couple of weeks I'm going to add the lean-to...s.. remove the metal on the sides and use it to enclose the add on's to give ma a 30x54-60ish.. Still haven't decided on final lean-to size..

The reason I didn't have them do it when they built the building was cost at the time. I have all the materials from a left over shop build at my parents house and the people putting up the shop wanted to use their new materials (I"m guessing because they make a good deal of money off that?)..

Concrete and doors come monday!

Dirt today, Concrete thursday.. Got pushed back on the list I'm assuming due to weather... Also upgraded the doors to "high rise" doors so they will **** up against the rafters..

I forgot to take some finished pictures today, I will get some soon.. But the finished concrete is so smooth, feels like a skating rink almost..

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing

Got the lift installed today, I need to extend the stop bar at the top to extend down below my rafter. It's a tad tall =/

But hey, we will make the best of it..

And once I get power to the building, this is the first thing going on the lift.. I'm pulling the body off the chassis to fix some rust, change body mounts and modify the frame for air ride!

Nice 64 I have a 63 2dr that I have been working on forever. Hydraulics though not air. A ton of really nice stuff out there for air.

Yes, storage only. I've got the 2x10 temporary in place at the moment with the ends resting where they are. Ive got 4x4 posts for the supports along the wall and the corner.

Sorry for the lack of updates, life has had me by the horns recently... Here is what I have going on right now..

Went to an auction and scored tons of cool stuff for cheap, one of which is this old Dayton floor model drill press that works! Just needs all the rust removed from sitting outside.
