Concrete is coming soon so I'm trying to run my drains. I am probably over thinking this. So here it goes. Note that my garage will be heating in the winter

The Idea. I want to have 2 drains in the garage, one under each vehicle. And 20ft of trench drain outside the doors in the apron. I would like to make one run of 4in pipe to a dry well about 50 ft away.

Here is what I may be over thinking. If I tie the inside and outside drains together won't it be ideal for cold air to come into my heated garage?

The Diagram here is showing what I would like to do. The black being the building, blue drains, and red the pipe

P.S. This is up to code in my area!

ummm, rainwater should go into a storm drain and any "inside" drain needs to go into the sewer. Here in MA. you would get in trouble if they went into the same place.
