Inside barrel expending mandrel for drill or drill press?

I had one in a Dremel kit years ago. It was rubber with a washer and screw on the end. Tighten the screw down, it would expand the rubber and grip the workpiece with no overhang on the outer end.

I need to turn down tge O.D. on a couple plastic bushings on either hand drill or drill press. Is there a cheap kit of these? Not sure what they're called.

I know the Dremel accessory you’re referring to. That is for sanding, a sanding sleeve drum.
