Here is one solution that works well for a lot of folks.
Have you considered adjusting the vertical door alignment so the the door is closer to the wall ?

house has a clean look, smooth stucco and really dont want to screw or nail anything into it. Also the door is dark brown and the house close to white, so the weather strip would stand out more since its not two tone.Why not install the weatherstripping that goes on the outside?

Well this is what I came up with.
Bought some garage door seal vinyl with the stripping attached. This stuff is usually used on the outside.
I mounted it against the wall so when the door closes, it rides along it and it presses tightly against it.

How is this holding up? I'm tried of mice getting into my garage and would like to try and seal up the sides... my garage is beige/sand, so perhaps sealing from the inside would work better
