Hello everyone.. My name is Eric. This is a great forum. I have plans already drawn for a detached (30x40) 3 car w/lift and have been picking up some terrific ideas from the forum. It will be started in a year and half after we get the pool finished and my finances recover. I was so inspired, I clean out my attached 2 Car yesterday. Had to get a 10x15 self storage unit for the motorcycles, Karts, lawnmowers, summer tires, pressure washer.. and now I think I can get my wifes car in. the garage is unfinished and I'll attempt to paint it in a couple weeks when I take a few days off work.

Here is a bad photo

When i was looking for some paint scheme idea's I happened upon the sherwood williams site. They have a cool tool that lets you try out different colors on a photo. http://www.sherwin-williams.com/

I like Red
Its got a pimp feel to it
:pimpflash

My thoughts are to have the bottom black paint to be "Chalk board" so the kids can draw and I can keep notes and lists. Has any body tried that?
I am open to suggestions ... what color should i paint it ?

there's a coffee shop down the street with chalkboard paint on the bottom half of the walls so kids can be creative while mom chit chats.

i suggest you skip it ....

Thanks for the welcome. Its offically cold here in NY as dropped into the 20's at night. After the clean-up post Thanksgiving I was able to park the wife's truck in the garage.

77 Toyota landcrusier w/small block chevy... I did the 5.5" lift in the drive way this summer and didn't realize that with the top on its about 0.5 inches too tall to drive into the garage. :tard:

I can drop it an 1 inch with stock shackles or better yet add bumper winch and a monster rear bumper to settle it in a little..
:wtf:
