Needed a new insulated door (bedroom above) and HomeDepot had a longer lead time and more expensive price then Overhead Door so I went with Overhead.

Installing the door today, no instructions! Asked the sales rep and all she was able to tell me was that the hinges are numbered, as they increase in standoff (do'h), and to try Youtube....

I'm fairlyh mechanically inclined and got most of it in, but the sheaves and brackets look nothing like anything I have seen before and I can't find any pics of them online. All other instructions I have found call out a flag bracket, my track did not come with any. I am left with (per side)

-Extension Spring
-2 L brackets, each different. One is sloted and one has a series of overlapping holes....
-Sheaves
-Cables

Anyone out there have an instruction set or at least pics of the horizontal track setup on an Ovehead Door Co. product?

Here's the hardware that I have left:

That should go here (note this configuration DOESN'T work, the sheave rubs):

What the heck am I missing?

Didn't find much there earlier.

Think I've got it, my 2nd pic seems correct, I just had a loose bolt causing the sheave to rub.

Pretty sure the last bracket goes to the vertical track. Old door only had 2 mounts, so went with that feom the start. This one has slots where the locking bar would go.

On that note, OH didn't give me the locking bar! Went back and checked the purchase agreement, we had done manual operation (so no opener bracket) and internal locking slide.

They already refunded my for the stop seal, as they forgot that and I wasn't driving another 1.5hrs round trip for something I can buy at homedepot

Pretty sure I have a door that has the same setup, if I can remember I'll take some pictures and post when I get home.
