Installing an Outdoor Pole Lamp

So I'm looking at a decorative lamp to install beside my house. The home is brick and the location that I am going to be installing is on the opposite end of the house from where the electrical panel is located.
So my question is, can I go through the brick with PVC and tie into existing bedroom receptacle, or do I need dedicated circuit? Does this thing need a grounding rod in case of lightning strikes?
My bedrooms are on AFCI/GFCI breaker protected circuits.

Are you sure your breaker is a AFCI/GFCI? What's called a Combo AFCI is sometimes mistaken as also being GFCI when it's not. You can tap into an existing circuit for the outdoor light post but make sure the wire to the post is GFCI protected from the source.

After looking at the breaker, the part number is CUTCHFAFGF115, it is a Eaton Ch type. If I tied into the receptacle, it sure would make it easy to install. I was looking at getting out of running a wire all of the way from the main panel.

The breaker is a dual AFCI & GFCI. You can tap off that circuit for the outdoor lamp.
