Installing EZ Set Torsion Springs

Hi Guys,
I am having a huge issue trying to get my Menards 8x16 insulated garage door adjusted and balanced.
I have the EZ Set Torsion spring system with two springs, one on each side.

I installed the door according to instructions leaving a half inch clearance from the side of the door to the track. I installed the springs according to instructions with the required turns. I can lift the door with one hand but it seems to be binding somewhere. I have measured the distance between the tracks, at the bottom, middle and top and it should have enough clearance to roll easy.
In the down position the upper left roller is tight to the track and the bottom right roller is tight to the track. all other rollers are "sloppy", having enough room to adjust to the track.
When I open the door fully, it is everything I can do to pull it down, because of binding. I'm at a loss of what to do.
I have tightened up the spring on the left side to increase the up force so the door squares up but that has really not helped.

Any ideas where I went wrong?

Thx,
Mike

I have more questions than answers.
Did you level the first two panels?

The cable tension needs to be exactly the same on both sides before winding the springs. Otherwise you will be trying to lift the door on a angle.

I don't measure for the door to the track. I prefer to measure from the shoulder on the roller stems to the hinges. This is were your bind will start. I use 3/8".
I also open up the space at the radius.

You need to make sure the first two things I mentioned are done right and in that order before anything else matters.

I have this same door. While it is not the greatest it is going on 10 years. Do you have the roller brackets in the correct location? Watch the spring tension over time. I had to retension twice. Both times the spring got so loose the cables came off the rollers and got knotted up. No problems since.

Is it possible you did not square the horizontal track to the front wall? It may measure the same but if out of square you have a trapezoid binding the door. Measure diagonally from a fixed point on the front wall to the opposite rear track hanger and repeat for the other side. But as mentioned your door must start level, regardless of what the floor is. Since both springs are attached to the same tube, equal tension on the springs is not critical to door function. It should be close.
