3 elbow swing joint....

If you are putting ball valves get outdoor rated units, I always but isolation unions and paint everything with POR15 , tracer wire and gas alert tape is also a must around here... which looks like you have under control...

Yah, the por15 is in my experience one of the only ones that doesn't have to be touched up and rust through, plus you dont have to prep anything much, just wipe them with brake clean, and brush the stuff on {after its all psi tested and perm}. The sun changes the black a bit but it NEVER rusts through... Plus I like brushing vs spraying when on the side of a building.

Above advice has got you covered OP.

Couple questions . . . . Where located ?? How long is run ??

Only suggestion is put bed of sand in bottom of trench and at transition points where risers come out so the effect of freeze/thaw won't be moving pipe around as much.

Are your risers Stablock or you having them fused ??

Looks like the gas company's done away with swing joints.

I know this is an old thread, but I'm wondering if this is true.

I plumbed an elbow off my meter, & would like to send it straight down to a shutoff and a union on my riser for the poly gas pipe to my pole barn.
Space is kinda tight for a swing joint.
