does any one have any good installers in the area? after getting some pretty high quotes ( $4300 for 2 ton non inverter Carrier model. Seems like an awfully big unit) I went out and did some research.
I have a 27 x17 garage non insulated garage doors and block construction. Pretty standard fare in south florida. I will be adding insulation to the doors, probably some panel type from the big box. After doing a lot of research seems like a 17,200 or a 15,000 BTU cool only Mitsubishi Mr. Slim. Both available from e-comfort for 1500-$1800 (with out line kit. really surprised how much price has come down)
anyone have any thoughts or pointers?
