Installing SOLO pump sprayer kits

Has anyone installed a factory kit on their SOLO pump sprayer?
I have three that see regular use, I generally just rinse well after every use, anyone do more or different? Oldest of the 3 sprayers will not hold or build pressure.

I can buy all the factory solo replacement parts at the local farm & ranch store. I just replaced the pressure relief valve. You can buy the entire pump assembly as a one piece replacement or buy the individual parts to rebuild it. I have purchased the entire pump assembly once. It worked fine.

I've tried several backpack sprayers and Solo was third place behind the Chapman (2nd) and the Stihl (1st). I was pretty disappointed because I thought surely Solo would be the best because I see them the most. But the Stihl has top notch fit and finish as well as performance.
