Insulate between rafters ..?..

Insulate between rafters on a 20 x 24 shop with 7 foot walls ,not heated all the time .insulated between rafters then plastic stapled to rafters .. will this work ???

yup . should insulate the walls too, but doing the rafters will be a great help

Does it have a ceiling in place? Skip the vapor barrier IMO. Dubious effectiveness in our climate zone.

If you do have a ceiling I'd do my best to air seal and do blown in personally.
