Insulate on a budget

Had a question about insulating my pole barn. When I built it I built it on a budget I cut some corners that are biting me now. I only intended it for storage really. But now I am using it for more now. I have since put some styrofoam on the walls but I'm not sure how to insulate the roof. Could I just put up some tyvek and attach some styrofoam to the rafters to make use as a ceiling? I used some worn rafters so I have one every 2ft. I don't like the idea of alot of hanging weight on some of these rafters. I will heat minimally when I work out there. Just looking for ideas.

On my garage I put bats in between the rafters then put styrofoam on underneath to hold the bats up in place.

Some. Pics on page 23-24 of my thread

If you have 2' spacing just use 4x8 sheets of celotex 3/4"-1" thick. Very effective compared to nothing, the aluminized side facing down reflect radiant back down. Use ring shank nails with steel caps. Stagger the sheets and tape the joints with aluminum hvac tape.

Father and I did it on a 2 bay shop 20 years ago on 4' centers and it was wonderful compared to nothing.

So I'd be good not doing anything to the steel roof itself? Just concerned about potential moisture causing issues
