Insulate portable storage building?

Hello all:

I recently bought a 12'x24' portable storage building (to add to my collection) that will be dedicated as "my shop", as opposed to a catch-all storage container that my other one is now.

I'm just finishing the wiring and have been thinking about insulation options, prior to wall covering... I would like pointers/advice/lessons learned. I'm not opposed to going un-insulated if that is the best route. Wall covering will be peg board, plywood, or something besides sheetrock.

I'm in the South, so weather varies from 100 deg. days in summer to 20s at the lowest, usually, in the winter. Usually milder. I have a small electric heater for heat and plan for a window A/C unit for cooling (dedicated 20a circuit already ran).

The shed has 2"x4" studs 24" OC (as opposed to 2"x6" in residential exterior), so I know if I go with fiberglass stuff, it'll be the shallower stuff.

Would the thin foam board style be better?

What about vapor barrier & moisture issues?

I'm already considering adding vents at both ends at the apex of the wall.

The shop has a garage door in one end, FYI, so that can't help matters, I wouldn't imagine.

Example pic is attached for reference.

I would spray foam it with closed cell foam. Vapor barrier, air leaks all sealed, no critters coming in.
