I have looked around at a lot of the manufacturers for these. I would think someone do a type of insulated micro screwdriver, but I can't find any. I guess it might be the back end of the screwdriver where it turns and that gap would be a problem. I am mainly looking for #000, #00, and #0 sizes.

Does anyone else know a brand that makes these? (Box stores or truck brands are out of the question in this special circumstance)

I have looked at
Wera
Wiha
Klein
Eazypower
Enderes
Enkay
Pratt-Read
Ivy Classic

Wiha makes ESD micro screwdrivers.

ESD is not insulated. In fact, it is the opposite. ESD safe tools must have a minimum conductance to prevent static charge buildup.

The Witte set above looks like your best bet.

Or there's always this, if you don't value your life (or are only working with low voltages):

I don't think the turning part would be an issue. The metal shank in a plastic handled screwdriver doesn't go all the way in, so there's plenty of insulation between the shank and the rotating part. I have no idea why nobody else is making these.

Maybe this will help. If you can't buy from HF, you can at least find out with a photo who they copied and then find someone who sells that.
