Insulated Radiant Floor Heating Foam Panel options

I'm in Ontario and we're up to putting down radiant floor heating in the shed. What insulation board is everyone using? At this stage I was thinking the Amvic Ampex thats 4 7/8 thick and R16. Can't find much else out there.

You can also check out SRHydropex (https://styrorail.ca/en/product/sr-hydropex/). I was able to get that at a building center (now closed) in Morrisburg. Perhaps you can find something a bit closer.

It's R10, only. But available in 4x8 sheets. I think the Amvic stuff was 4x4
