insulating a metal detatched garage

I am framing my detached 2 car that is a steel building. I built a wood skeleton and tied it into the existing steel frame. I stuffed it with r19 insulation and am about to sheetrock. Do I need a vapor barrier?

The walls are insulated and sheetrocked. The ceilingis insulated with corrugated vinyl covering it
The r19 is the pink stuff with a paper backing that is stapled toto the studs. I'm good with cars...not so much with insulation so I'm not gonna lie...the are gaps here and there.

I'm no professional either but the paper backing on your pink insulation is your vapor barrier.
