Over this summer I decided to insulate my metal roll up garage door to cut down the temperature in the garage this summer and also keep the heat in over the winter. Not wanting to spend a ton of money or replace the door I used sheets of rigid foam, made of video of how I did it, hopefully this gives someone an idea or helps someone out:
