Insulating Garage Door

Hey all,

I'm in the final stages of insulating my 30x40 steel shop. I'm getting to where I need to do my garage doors. Anyone done4x8- 1" foam or spray foam? Pro-Cons of either? It's going to be expensive either way. Both doors are over 9ft wide and 10ft tall.

Any thoughts?

You will also want to look into getting new springs with the added weight
