insulating garage

I will be insulating 22 x 24 attached garage soon. Was leaning more towards fiberglass rolls vs spray foam because of cost. Also will have to seal up top because its open from top of garage to attic. Was going to seal up and use blow in insulation up there. Whats a good r rating for fiberglass rolls insulation to use any other suggestions on how to finish garage off?

Also, what are walls constructed from?? 2x4 or 2x6?? What exterior sheeting already installed??

Is vapor barrier planned?? Are all rough electrical and lighting finished??

what he said will help out a lot with the type of advice that your going to get.

and the advice will be better because there are more details to factor into the advice.
