Good afternoon,
I live in central Connecticut. I need to insulate a single car garage (13' x 20') with no ventilation. No drywall is up. I reached out to a few foam insulation installers and this is out my price range. From reading many posts on here, I think my best option is to insulate the celing joists and to install a gable vent.
A few questions I had; and am hoping to hear some thoughts on:
What kind/size of gable vent should I install? (there is only one gable; the other side is against the brick house).
Do I need to drywall the celling after insulating?
Does this sound right? What am I missing or failing to consider?

More info:
The brick house was originally built with a one car garage; then later another single car garage was built next to it and they are connected by a doorway. I am looking to heat/insulate the newer garge. One side of the newer garage is brick (this is the exterior of the older garage; the other walls are wood framed with 2x4 (16" apart)).
I am going to heat with a 5K watt 240V electric heater (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009F1SWH8/?tag=atomicindus08-20 )
