Insulating underside of roof-options please

I'm finishing out a 80' wide x 60' deep pole building for my shop.

The center bay is 40' wide x 60' deep x 16' tall, I'm putting a flat metal ceiling and either blow in or bats on top of it. (R38) The attic space above is vented, that area is no problem.

The dilema starts with the 2 side bays which are 20'x60'x about 9' tall. They will also have flat metal ceilings but I will have storage space above them accessed from the tall center bay. The trusses are rated for the extra load.
Since this storage area will be inside the heated area I need to insulate the underside of the roof instead of the ceiling. The roof is metal over OSB.
Ideally I would want to do R38 here also. Spray foam would be great but achieving that R level equals some major sticker shock. I've seen batts put in stapled up between the roof joists with some support wire added but they were only 6" thick and I need about 12". My joists are 2"x6", 16" O.C.
Any ideas on a clean way to hang that much insulation under the roof? :headscrat

They make a fabric sided insulation for metal buildings.
I have seen it on sloped celings held in place with what looked like a fishnet attached to the rafters.
I have no idea how thick they make.
