so my garage is a attached 23x25" space. my home is a bungalow with a walk out. the garage is two storys. the top half is stick construction that is insulated with fiberglass and drywalled.

the bottom garage (dirrectly underneath) is all concrete execpt the walk out wall at the back of the house. it is sticked with fiberglass and osb. the floor separating the two is of course concrete.

I will be insulating the walls with polyiso board 2" thick and taping the joints. the roof is 2x10 joists (concrete floor rests on them).

what should I use to insulate the roof/floor with?

I would like to osb the roof and walls. im in Ontario Canada, any problems with that?

I would also like to use a reznor or mr heater or possibly a mini split if the price is right. there is a clay tile chiminy running on the exterior of the housd running to above the roof line.

would a aluminum liner be required?

would a simple 5000w heater get it warm?
