Insulation design for hot, humid climates?

I’m looking for information and recommendations on insulation (and incorporating it into the design) for hot, humid climates; this would be for a new construction garage/shop with a steel roof. After much searching, all I seem to find is information on cold climates and online sales pitches. I recently moved to the south east (20 minutes from Savannah, adjacent to the ocean) and the main concern is blocking heat gain and managing moisture and condensation. I’m sure this has been covered, but clearly I’m searching for the wrong things because I’m not finding anything helpful. I will most likely be building a post frame structure. Any ideas or links to helpful sites would be greatly appreciated.

Easy. No insects either. there's a double layer foam - wire combo that can be used as a roof and then shotcreted and Diamond-brite or other colored pool finished(light colorz)

Looks interesting, but I'm thinking more traditional construction. I just want to research and consider the insulation into the design, rather than build something and try to figure out and patch insulation in after.
