Insulation for metal pole barn question

Hello everyone, I’m at a point in my garage build where I’m ready to start insulating the interior walls. I’ve spent a couple hours using the search function this morning and read thru dozens of threads but am still confused. My pole barn is 30 x 40 w 10 ft walls. Metal roof and siding. I live in northeast Ohio and we get temps as low as 0 degrees up to 95 degrees in summer. Can someone who knows the real answer please tell me which way the vapor barrier should face when insulating my walls. I’ve read threads saying it should face the interior wall covering and others say to face it against the metal. For my location what is the right answer so I don’t get wet isulation and mold growth? My blankets are vinyl backed and made for metal buildings. Thanks for any advice.

Thank you for your replies. The consensus seems to be vinyl backing to to face the interior and raw fiberglass against the metal outer siding. Thank you so much
