Next notch down?.....spray foaming a 30x50x9'6"....???? Sorry I couldn't resist. I'll behold from here on out. a Fiberglas type of insulation I would guess?

Look into flash and batt. It is a 1-2 inch layer of foam, followed by fiberglass insulation batts. Gives you the sealing properties of foam and the economy of fiberglass.

Have you considered spray cellulose. I researched this prior to foaming my shop, Quotes I received were a little over 1/2 of what the foam guys wanted.

Foam won out for my build because the only person I could find to spray cellulose was a 3 hour drive and couldn't meet my schedule. (he was booked for 3 months)
