My garage has insulation in the walls and ceiling. But it stays cold is winter and hot in summer. Should I insulate the roof? Thanks

No. More in the ceiling is always good and take care of any drafts, poor sealing doors, windows, etc.. Then like everyone else, heat or cool to desired temp. Mike

If you mean a little radiator that plugs into 120V, you're not getting more than 1500W of heat out of that thing. It's probably not enough heating capacity for the size of the shop.

Not using it to really heat the garage just to help keep my pups warm in cold cold weather.

Are the garage doors insulated? I just put in a foam insulation kit that I got from lowes and can feel the difference.
