Insulation question

I have just built a 40x48 pole barn standard pole barn. It is 14' to the eave.

I added 2x6's at 4'oc between the poles as I plan on attaching 4x8 sheets of 3/4" plywood type material to finish the walls.

I have questions about insulation.

I was originally going to do ProTherm 6" x 4' x 60' R-19 Insulation from Menards. Total cost is going to be about $1900.

I was also going to add a vapor barrier prior to putting up the wood.

My concern is about the building sweating and getting the insulation wet.

Alternatively, I just found some foamular 4x8' 4" r20 sheets that are used that I could use for about the same cost.

What do you think I should do?

I can not comment on the "sweating", but remember that most heat loss (or solar heating) is through the roof.
