Insulation Question

I need some insulation advice!
I have a 40x64x12 unheated pole barn (concrete floor, no ceiling liner - yet). In one corner I built a 20x24 room to use for my soon to be heated woodshop. I have insulated the walls of this room and added a metal ceiling. Now my question is what to use to insulate that shop ceiling. I know blown insulation is popular choice, but to me it seems like it will just be a constant mess since 2 sides of the shop ceiling are open to the rest of the barn. I don’t want to have to deal with insulation dust every time I open the barn doors. I have thought about using rolls of insulation? Maybe just rolls of unfaced insulation? Any body have a better idea?

You could cover the blown in insulation with something like the material used for floating row covers in gardens. It's a spun polyester or polypropylene fabric. Or perhaps any Tyvek-like material?
