We've finished exterior construction on a 30 x 50 pole building. Pretty basic. We've now decided that we want to "finish" (and by that I mean a few rooms and a wood stove) one section of it as a living space. Can anyone help me with a basic plan for what I should be doing / thinking about in regards to insulation and moisture? I'm in mid-Missouri, so the winters are fairly cold and the summers are pretty hot. I'd like to make sure I do it right, but I need to work with in the fact that the metal is already on the building. I'm getting ready to start framing it now, and wanted to make sure I do anything I can to try and get it setup right. This is only going to be a weekend place so it doesn't have to be perfect. More than anything I want to make sure that I do what I can to minimize any mold / moisture problems in the future.
